I had a pretty good time at this hotel overall. The clean and comfortable atmosphere made my stay enjoyable, especially with the lovely pool area and convenient access to Disney Springs. However, during check-in, my experience could have been better, especially since the room we got didn't match our expectations after booking through a third party. The lack of amenities in the room was a notable downside as well.
